How long will it take to get my order? Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Once your order is on its way, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship outside the US? Right now we're focused on serving our US customers, but we're always dreaming of expanding! Stay tuned. 🌍

How much does shipping cost? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way!

My tracking hasn't updated — what's going on? Sometimes tracking info takes 24–48 hours to refresh after your package is picked up. If it's been longer than that, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it for you!
